1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Holistic Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Holistic Agent provides AI-powered chatbot agents that businesses can embed on their websites. The service includes agent creation, knowledge base management, conversation handling, and usage analytics.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Holistic Agent to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the service or other users
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI responses are generated by third-party models and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving agent behaviour.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your data, documents, and agent configurations. We retain ownership of the Holistic Agent platform, code, and brand.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Holistic Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
